Help Junior Achievement create a healthy financial future for our kids in Washington with your participation in the 2012 Bowling Classic!  The goal is to raise $640,000 across Washington this year.  Together we can make this happen!

Junior Achievement empowers young people to own their economic success. JA's volunteer-delivered, K-12 programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire kids to dream big and reach their potential.

I teach for Junior Achievement of WA and am raising money for their great work by taking part in the 2012 Bowling Classic.  I’m hoping you would consider supporting Junior Achievement’s valuable educational programs focused on entrepreneurship, business and financial literacy by considering a donation to support the fundraising effort.

Here is a great video explaining why schools today need Junior Achievement programs more than ever before:  JA Bowling Classic    After checking out the video, you’ll understand why it’s so important to me to assist JA in helping our students to succeed.

Thank you for your efforts on behalf of local students, and please find below a little more information on JA for your reading pleasure!!

Best regards,

Stu

About Junior Achievement:

Junior Achievement’s mission is to promote Financial Literacy, Work Readiness, and Entrepreneurship to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed in a global economy.  We currently serve approximately 90,000 kids throughout Washington State, and with your help, we can touch even more lives.

JA programs are transforming for our children… they have the opportunity to meet local business professionals weekly, who present curriculum custom tailored to their particular age group.  The kids emerge from these programs inspired for their future, connecting the dots from curriculum to real life.   Junior Achievement is truly helping children prepare for their futures in a way schools do not have the resources or funding to achieve!
