Help Junior Achievement create a healthy financial future for our kids in Washington with your participation in the 2012 Bowling Classic! The goal is to raise $640,000 across Washington this year. Together we can make this happen!
Junior Achievement empowers young people to own their economic success. JA's volunteer-delivered, K-12 programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire kids to dream big and reach their potential.
Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues, Let me start by getting to the point first... please consider supporting Junior Achievement of Washingtion with a generous donation!! As many of you know, I am a passionate supporter of Junior Achievement of Washington and the difference they make in the lives of children across our state and nation. While today I serve on the board of directors, I have been involved with JA as a volunteer for over 15 years, previously serving as a classroom consultant in our local schools. I have seen first hand kids transform from complacency to passion and from shy and withdrawn to emerging as leaders with not only a vision for college but for their future and the difference they'll make in our world! You can help make a difference in the lives of our local children.. please consider supporting this worthwhile work! Thank you, Danielle Burd EVP - Umpqua Bank Board of Directors - JA of Washington
