Junior Achievement empowers young people to own their economic success. JA's volunteer-delivered, K-12 programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire kids to dream big and reach their potential.

Lori Himmelstein
I have been involved as a JA volunteer teacher for 5 years now, and what a rewarding experience it is!  From a student's perspective, JA teaches youth about their role in the community as individuals, workers and people who purchase and use any type of resources.  Having this knowledge allows students to make better decisions about staying in school and setting achievable goals for their future.  JA wants all youth to have an understanding of how businesses work and help their communities.  Please consider pledging your support to help us reach our fundraising goal.  Thank you in advance for your contributions to JA!  -Lori
